Failures associated with part integrity, proper functioning of a complete system or the execution of an engineering process. The analysis answers when, how, and why a problem occurred in the first place and implements an effective solution to ensure the problem doesn’t happen again.
Turnaround’s Inspection Management – Turnaround’s scope estimation, resource’s management, detailed assessment, performance management and execution of turnaround’s inspection activities.
Development of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for chemical, Fertilizers and petrochemical industries, gas plants and Oil refineries.
Develop Inspection programmes and conduct inspection for in service Pressure Vessels, storage tanks and water tubes boilers at chemical, petrochemical industries and refineries as per API 510, and API 653.
Develop Inspection programmes and conduct inspection of in-service piping and piping supports as per API 570.
Risk Based Inspection (RBI): Conduct studies/assessment, develop methodology for inspection prioritization, planning, and scheduling, develop procedures for fixed equipment mechanical integrity (FEMI) and Piping as per API 580 and API 581.
