Services
LEAP Engineering Solutions provides the following services:
- Asset Integrity Management (AIMs) - Develop and implement AIMs programmes to enhance reliability and ensure sustainability of assets at chemical, Fertilizers and petrochemical industries and Oil refineries.
- Gap Analysis Studies (GAP) – Conduct gap analysis studies of chemical, Fertilizers and petrochemical industries and Oil refineries. The GAP Analysis Study provides guidelines and action plans for the improvement of organization to promote performance.
- Conduct system’s auditing and review of control programmes/procedures in HSE and Mechanical Integrity and propose measures to enhance performance.
- Benchmarking of existing operating facilities against best Industrial practices and identify gaps to improve performance and enhance processes.
- Life assessment and health assessment studies of aging assets at chemical, Fertilizers and petrochemical industries and Oil refineries.
- Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) - Investigative process employed to determine the underlying event(s) responsible for failure (s). Failures associated with part integrity, proper functioning of a complete system or the execution of an engineering process. The analysis answers when, how, and why a problem occurred in the first place and implements an effective solution to ensure the problem doesn’t happen again.
- Turnaround’s Inspection Management – Turnaround’s scope estimation, resource’s management, detailed assessment, performance management and execution of turnaround’s inspection activities.
- Development of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for chemical, Fertilizers and petrochemical industries, gas plants and Oil refineries.
- Develop Inspection programmes and conduct inspection for in service Pressure Vessels, storage tanks and water tubes boilers at chemical, petrochemical industries and refineries as per API 510, and API 653.
- Develop Inspection programmes and conduct inspection of in-service piping and piping supports as per API 570.
- Risk Based Inspection (RBI): Conduct studies/assessment, develop methodology for inspection prioritization, planning, and scheduling, develop procedures for fixed equipment mechanical integrity (FEMI) and Piping as per API 580 and API 581.
- Identification and control measures of degradation and failure modes (Damage Mechanisms) for plant assets.
- Plant Assets Performance and Standards Verification.
- Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC).
- Corrosion monitoring, prevention, mitigation and materials evaluation.
- Management of Change internal and external discipline.
- Incidents and accidents analysis, mitigation and prevention.
- 3rd Party inspection and verification at manufacturering facilities
